各研究生培养单位和相关研究生：

为贯彻习近平总书记关于坚决打赢疫情防控阻击战的系列重要讲话和指示批示精神，落实教育部、财政部关于中央部属高校做好新冠肺炎疫情防控经费保障有关工作的通知要求，学校设立疫情防控期间研究生临时困难补助，对因疫致困的研究生提供紧急临时救助。现将具体工作通知如下：

一、补助对象及范围

具有山东大学学籍的在读研究生（含全日制、非全日制研究生，学历教育国际学生），因本人罹患新冠肺炎或因疫情被隔离、或其他因疫情影响造成经济困难。

二、补助额度

根据研究生因疫致困情况、家庭经济情况、费用负担情况等综合考虑确定补助额度，一般为1000元，可根据困难程度酌情增加。

三、工作程序

1.符合条件的研究生向培养单位提交诊断证明、隔离证明和个人情况说明等申请材料；或提交个人诚信承诺书，后期补充其他相关证明。培养单位审核申请材料并留存备核，确定拟补助名单和补助额度，于2月17日中午12:00前将汇总表（见附件）发至ygbglk@sdu.edu.cn。如没有符合条件的研究生，请发邮件说明。

2.学校审核通过后，该批次补助将直接汇至学校为研究生配发的银行卡。

3.威海校区可参照执行。

Notice for Postgraduate Students on Temporary Aid Regarding NCP 

9^th February 2020 

Dear colleagues and postgraduate students, 

In line with the guidelines from General Secretary Xi Jinping's major addresses and directives on the epidemic prevention and control, and the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance on financial support for the fight against novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) outbreak, we now provide temporary aid for postgraduate students who are experiencing financial difficulty caused by this epidemic. Detailed instructions are as follows. 

1. Am I eligible for the Aid? 

Eligibility requirements include: 

• Having registered with Shandong University as a postgraduate student (incl. full-time, part-time PG students, or degree-seeking international PG students) and currently studying at Shandong University. 

• Financial need caused by being identified with coronavirus, quarantined or in any other situation caused by this epidemic. 

2. What will I receive?  

Eligible students will receive 1,000 RMB given the financial need, family economic condition, financial burden, with additional aid on an "as needed" basis. 

3. How do I apply?  

• Submit to your school or institute diagnosis and/or proof of quarantine, and personal statement, etc.

Or

• Submit Letter of Guarantee first, and submit other required documents subsequently.  

School and institutes will process the applications, determine the candidate list and the amount of aid, and send the information sheet (see Appendix) to ygbglk@sdu.edu.cn by 12 p.m. 17^th February. If there is no eligible applicant, an email to indicate the situation is required.  

The university will transfer the aid to your bank account bound with your student ID upon final decision.  

This notice also applies to Weihai Campus.
