近日，由山东大学研究生院、党委研究生工作部主办，化学与化工学院承办的2025年第38期(总第1448期)“稷下风”研究生学术讲坛在化学老楼学术报告厅举办。本次讲坛邀请法国波尔多大学Neso Sojic教授作题为“Electrochemiluminescence microscopy of single entities”的学术报告，化学与化工学院蔡彬教授主持讲坛，相关研究方向的老师及百余名研究生参与本次讲坛。

讲座伊始，Neso Sojic教授从反应机制、电化学发光体及等离子体三个方面讲解了电化学发光（ECL）的基础开发原理，并通过构建生动形象的模型体系对该概念进行清晰解释。随后，Neso Sojic教授向同学们详细阐述可以如何去利用发光体和共活性剂的反应性，讲解期间穿插的实例加深了大家的理解，如可以将其应用于ECL免疫测定、单分子ECL成像等多个方面。

针对如何增强单体电化学发光显微镜的电化学发光这一问题，Neso Sojic教授指出，可以通过引入有机非发射性氧化还原介质来进行信号增强。同时，Neso Sojic教授分别基于单细胞成像、分解水原理等知识，带领大家对“红外光如何诱导ECL生物传感和生物成像”和“如何将光电极上的固体/液体光诱导电荷转移映射到纳米尺度”这两个问题进行了深入的探讨。最后，在问答环节，面对老师同学们的提问，Neso Sojic教授逐一回应，并作出耐心细致的解答。现场气氛活跃，与会师从中生获益匪浅。

本次讲座基于单体电化学发光显微镜，内容精彩详实，既深化了同学们对电化学发光原理与应用的认知，更激发科研热情、赋予新的科研灵感。

讲坛嘉宾：Neso Sojic, is a Professor at the University of Bordeaux(波尔多大学，法国).He received his Ph.D. in 1997 from Pierre and Marie Curie University (Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris VD. followed by postdoctoral research at the University of Texas at Dallas. In 1998,he joined the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie et de Physique de Bordeaux, and in 2006 he was promoted to Profes-sor at the University of Bordeaux. His research focuses on bioelectrochemistry,spectroelectrochemis-try,and electrochemiluminescence sensing.To date,he has published more than 300 SCI-indexed articles in journals such as the Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie Inter-national Edition, and Analytical Chemistry, with total citations exceeding 9,000. His distinctions include the Analytical Chemistry Award of the French Chemical Society and the President' s Interna-tional Fellowship of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
